TCP-Resins

TCP resins are excellent supports for the synthesis of fully protected and deprotected peptides by Fmoc synthesis. The deactivating effect of the p-carboxamide group on the trityl system of TCP-resin causes a higher stability of the anchoring bond (compared to 2-chlorotrityl- / Barlos-resin), thus leading to long shelf life of preloaded resins.

Rink-Amide-Resin

This standard resin is suitable for solid phase peptide synthesis to produce peptides having a carboxamide or sulfonamide modification. Cleavage can be effected by treatment in concentrated TFA with scavengers to yield fully deprotected peptides.

Ramage-Amide-Resin

This standard resin is suitable for solid phase peptide synthesis to produce peptides having a carboxamide or sulfonamide modification. Cleavage can be effected by treatment in even diluted TFA 3% (v/v) in DCM to yield fully protected peptides.

N-a-Fmoc-Amino-Acids
