warehouse organization - Shipping and documentation
Shipping preparation and processing, creation of delivery notes and outgoing invoices, document management, checking, and processing of
incoming invoices, clarification of complaints with suppliers - Administration & complaint processing

Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk) or training in the natural sciences or technical field (e.g., BTA, CTA, laboratory assistant) with an interest in logistics and administrative processes
- Initial professional experience in purchasing, laboratory logistics, shipping, or materials management, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical technology, food)
- Basic knowledge of GMP is desirable
- Confident use of digital tools and ERP systems
