Dr. Steffen Hüttner graduated from the University of Tübingen, Germany, and conducted his PhD thesis on molecular and protein biotechnology in 1994. During this time he founded the HB Technologies (HBT) corporation pioneering the combination of information technology with automation in the biotechnology area. Steffen executed four M&A deals within the last 12 years to further develop HBT's core business. Since 2019 Steffen holds 100% in HB Technologies and leads the company as CEO. He also founded two new companies belonging to the HB Technologies group: First, Intavis Peptide Services GmbH, who is an expert in synthesis of purified peptides and peptides arrays and, secondly, Sensorun GmbH & Co. KG who is a pioneer in using biomechanical data for sports and medicine. Steffen is the CEO of Intavis Peptide Services.

Before joining Intavis Peptide Services as CFO in May 2022 Alexander spent 10 years as CFO and Managing Director at Südwestdeutsche Medienholding GmbH, one of Germany's largest media groups with numerous successful journalistic products and professional information services. The best-known brands are Süddeutsche Zeitung and Stuttgarter Zeitung.

From 1999 to 2012, he held several management positions in the Celesio Group, a leading international service provider in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. Following his assignment as Director Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations, he moved into an operational role at Movianto Group in 2005. Movianto was a Celesio internal start-up offering supply chain solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industry in 13 countries. As CEO of Movianto he also was a member of the Celesio Group Executive Committee.

During his chemistry studies at the University of Tübingen, Felix Niethammer focused on peptide synthesis. In 2005, as a student and scientific assistant, he joined the Peptide Synthesis research group at the Natural and Medical Sciences Institute (NMI) in Reutlingen. Initially, his work focused on developing analytical methods for high-throughput measurements of synthetic peptides using MALDI-MS and LC-MS. In 2009, he moved to Intavis Bioanalytical Instruments AG, where he played a significant role in designing and planning the laboratories for peptide synthesis at the new location in Tübingen. From 2015, he took over production planning. With over fifteen years of experience in peptide chemistry, he has been working as the CSO of IPS since 2022.

Karin Klass is a well trained chemist, with a CTA background, obtaining her diploma at the University of Applied Sciences in Reutlingen, with a focus on general chemistry and instrumental analytics. Since entering the industry, Karin has held various lead positions supervising laboratory data management, laboratory organization and operations. She entered Intavis Analytical Instruments in 2009 and since March 2012 Karin held the position of Head of Administration at Intavis Peptide Services GmbH und Co. KG Tübingen, overseeing various administrative responsibilities.

Dr. Christian Stumpp, MBA, is a versatile sales/business development professional with profound knowledge of the biotech/healthcare market, who has helped companies in different industries to reach their business goals. His broad background of sales, strategy, cardiovascular medicine and biochemistry, together with his experience in leading (cross-functional) teams, enables him to collaborate effectively with a great variety of business functions. He can speak the lingo of scientists and senior business stakeholders of corporate and SMB customers.

Christian has focused on medical affairs, marketing and sales in major pharmaceutical corporations, such as Bayer and AstraZeneca, but also young start-ups. He combines a scientific and business education: a diploma in Biochemistry from the University of Tübingen, a PhD in Immunology/protein engineering from TU Dresden and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Christian joined Intavis Peptide Services in May 2023 as head of business development and marketing.

Dr. Peter Lewandrowski studied Chemist at the university of Heidelberg and obtained his Ph.D. at the Max-Planck-Institut of Medical Research (Heidelberg). After more than 25 years engagement with Biotech companies or SMEs (Graffinity, Immatics, Curevac) he has long-standing and deep experience in high throughput synthesis of small molecules, pharmaceutical development, peptide synthesis, GMP-manufacturing processes, analytical method development, quality and project management. Additionally, he gained experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs by compiling the CMC parts for IND/ IMPD in the course of clinical trial applications (clinical phase I to III). As a head of CMC (Immatics) and head of production (Curevac) he managed the development and production of peptide or RNA-base vaccines. Furthermore, he was in charge for the management and control of GMP-compliant CMO activities and analytical contract laboratories. Peter joined Intavis Peptide Services in July 2022 as head of quality management.

Dr. Holger Eickhoff has amassed significant experience in the field of peptide services and synthesis throughout his career. Before joining Intavis Peptide Services in 2022, he worked at EMC microcollections GmbH in several roles, including Laboratory Manager for Peptide Synthesis and Analytics, Project Manager for Peptide Synthesis and Analytics, and Laboratory Manager for Parallel Synthesis. He began his professional journey at EMC microcollections GmbH as a Project Manager for Parallel Synthesis. Holger's academic background includes a Ph.D. earned through his research work at the University of Tübingen. Holger currently holds the position of head of production at Intavis Peptide Services GmbH, where he is responsible for overseeing production operations.
